Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Chi order. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will sort it out.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any delivery charge. You do not need to return the item unless we ask you to.

Changed your mind

You can cancel an order and return unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can give you the returns details. Items must be unopened, sealed and in the condition you received them. You pay the cost of returning the item. Once we receive it, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items, or of chilled and fresh products (for example Chi Raw), unless they are faulty or damaged.
